Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at AYAT MATTRESS MANUFACTURING LIMITED. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to our staff, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Communication: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and provide general information to clients and the public.
- Organizational Skills: Organize and schedule office work, maintain inventory, and order office supplies.
- Documentation: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
- Reports: Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Hardworking, positive attitude, accurate, excellent oral and written communication, and organized.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
