Key Responsibilities- Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our team's goals.
- Information Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
- Meeting Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the office is well-stocked and equipped.
- Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
