Restaurant Operations Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including group insurance benefits and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure seamless execution of restaurant operations.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, addressing their concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
