About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our product offerings in assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales and market share in assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts, ensuring excellent service and product delivery.
  • Evaluate competitors' activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in areas such as sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account setup, and merchandising components.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans and meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
  • English fluency; additional languages an advantage.
  • Travel 40-50% annually.
