Key responsibilities include processing cash register payments, handling financial paperwork, maintaining showroom inventory and workspace cleanliness, and processing refunds and returns.

Required Skills and Qualifications: We are seeking an individual with strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner in person and over the phone. Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential. Previous cash-handling and customer service experience is preferred, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.

What You'll Do:
  1. Be the first friendly face that customers engage with
  2. Process cash register payments by cash, cheque, debit, credit card, and gift card
  3. Balance cash register as well as handle and calculate financial paperwork
  4. Maintain showroom inventory and workspace cleanliness
  5. Process refunds and returns
