Restaurant Operations Manager

Lazeez Shawarma is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
