5. SAN Fabric Design: Work closely with customers to understand and document their SAN fabric design and end-to-end interoperability matrix, driving future growth projections.
6. Prompt Response: Respond promptly to customer needs, actively engaging on all customer events as the lead on all customer communication.
7. Inventory Management: Ensure accuracy of customer inventory, collaborating with internal teams to secure support contract renewals and drive ongoing account growth.
8. Reporting Analysis: Analyze reporting from the Customer Operating Environment, providing recommendations and driving actions to improve performance.
9. Procedure Documentation: Develop and maintain Brocade customer operational procedures documentation, ensuring best practices are captured and shared.
10. Industry Knowledge: Maintain current industry trends, competition, technical, and product knowledge relevant to Broadcom customers.
Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience (8+ years) in a senior client-facing role at a technology company; OR Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant work experience.
2. In-depth knowledge of networking technologies and protocols, specifically storage area networking (SAN).
3. Understanding of SNMP monitoring and management.
4. SAN domain experience required; Brocade associate and professional certifications desirable.
5. Strong customer focus with a proven track record of developing successful relationships with external and internal customers.
6. Successful project management experience with complex IT projects, rapidly adapting to new technologies.
7. Excellent customer communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
8. Ability to work cooperatively with others as a teammate to achieve results, build morale, and work cross-functionally in a rapidly changing organization.
9. Additional language skills (spoken business level) a plus.
10. Experience implementing and customizing monitoring tools and features in SAN products.
11. Experience with Open SSL and certificate implementation.
12. Experience with Linux and/or Windows server implementations.

1. Frequent use of mouse and keyboard.
2. Occasional lifting.
