About the Role:



We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Bombay Brow Bar Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales workers, ensuring they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.



Responsibilities:


  • Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volumes and improve overall sales performance.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Additional Responsibilities:


  • Newcomer and Refugee Support: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster, helping them integrate into the workplace.
  • Youth Development: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth and provide opportunities for career growth and development.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English.


Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week with a competitive salary. You will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.



Salary:

The estimated salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience.
