Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our dining room team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize all dining room equipment, including tables, chairs, and dishwashers
    • Ensure all areas of the dining room are clean and free of clutter
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Food Preparation
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, including operating the cash register and handling customer transactions
    • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
    • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
