Salary and Incentives
The expected starting salary for this role is $120,150 to $133,500 based on the successful candidate's knowledge, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package includes a market-competitive base salary plus incentives reviewed annually.
Job Responsibilities
This role involves overseeing the management and administration of high-quality compensation and benefits programs. Key responsibilities include providing people leadership, managing job analysis and evaluation, reviewing and redesigning compensation programs, engaging with external vendors, and conducting market data analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, finance, and advanced Excel skills including data management, financial modeling, and macros. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required. Leadership ability, coaching, and counseling capabilities, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information, are essential.
