About the Role

This role reports to the Pharmacy Manager and is responsible for receiving, preparing, and delivering Rx accurately and timely. Ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet patients' needs is crucial. The ideal candidate will counsel with appropriate documentation to all patients and provide on-going training for all new and existing Pharmacy colleagues (technicians, interns, students, IPGs).

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients
  • Ensure medication and over-the-counter supplements inventory levels are adequate to meet patients' needs
  • Review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy (dispensary)
  • Provide on-going training for all new and existing Pharmacy colleagues (technicians, interns, students, IPGs)
Requirements

Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy, and registered in good standing with ACP are essential requirements. Excellent leadership and performance management skills are required. Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies and strong personal computing skills are also necessary.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
