Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Rams Hospitality Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess inventory
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a food service establishment, with a focus on supervisory or management roles
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control
