Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food products.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that our restaurants are clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that our equipment is in good working order.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure that our restaurants are aligned with our overall business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
Work Environment:

Our restaurants are fast-paced and dynamic environments, and as a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a variety of settings, including coffee shops, fast food outlets, and restaurants. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift heavy objects.
