Maple Hill School is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Educational Counsellor to join our team. As an Educational Counsellor, you will play a vital role in supporting students in their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide academic guidance and support to students, helping them to achieve their academic goals.
- Counsel students on educational, career, and vocational issues, as well as personal and social issues.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and community agencies to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
- Develop and implement guidance and counselling programs to promote student well-being and academic success.
- Visit colleges and secondary schools to provide academic information to prospective students, their parents, and educational institutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
