About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Reconciling financial controls and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Reviewing and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve financial control issues and implement process improvements.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
