About the Role

Aplin & Martin Consultants Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Design and Engineering: Develop and implement design concepts, conduct site visits, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior staff, providing technical guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and municipal staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Analyze complex engineering issues, make informed decisions, and implement solutions to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
  • Registration: Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in the province of work.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in engineering software and tools.
