About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional insurance solutions for business owners and their families. As an Executive Director, you will play a key role in client succession, estate planning, and tax optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and their advisors to identify objectives and define impactful solutions.
  • Provide strategic advice on insurance structures to complement estate, business succession, and tax planning.
  • Review and evaluate business, tax, insurance, and risk management strategies to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Lead successful solution implementation and strategic client review to ensure timely progress of files.
  • Develop solutions skills through transactional work and new idea development using competitive intelligence and proprietary IP.
  • Maintain contact with clients throughout the implementation process and after placement.
  • Represent our company, promote our mission and values, and foster teamwork and effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), Fellow of the Estate Agency (FEA), or Juris Doctor/ Bachelor of Laws (JD/LLB) designation.
  • Expertise in corporate law, estate, and tax planning for private enterprises.
  • Proven leadership and integrity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Canadian insurance, banking, and tax and estate planning.
  • Experience as a relationship manager/account manager.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. The estimated salary range has been calculated based on industry standards and regional factors.
