We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Security Supervisor to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Mobile Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our mobile security team and ensuring that our security services are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction, motivation, and ongoing training to the mobile team by setting positive examples and conducting probationary and yearly reviews.
  • Ensure the completion of a mobile department orientation for every officer currently working on shift.
  • Recognize exceptional performance by mobile security officers and issue accolades where due.
  • Participate in progressive disciplinary meetings with mobile security officers and the security programs manager as required.
  • Assist in the investigation of security incidents and provide necessary details through proper chain of command for follow-up with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of supervisory security experience in mobile or a combination of relevant experience as a supervisor and mobile driver.
  • A valid BC Security License.
  • A BC Class 5 driver's license and ability to provide a clean driver's abstract.
  • Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to deal with others effectively.
  • High functionality in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism in all situations.
