Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
    • Provide guidance and training to security staff on procedures, policies, and protocols.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to security personnel.
  • Emergency Response
    • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, incidents, and trends.
  • Operational Management
    • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and staff.
  • Team Management
    • Manage and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel, ensuring adequate coverage and staffing levels.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a security-related role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Valid driver's license
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to stand for extended periods
