Responsibilities:

* Provide direction, motivation, and ongoing training to the mobile team
* Conduct probationary and yearly reviews of mobile officers
* Ensure all standing post orders and scheduled daily activities are being performed properly by the mobile team
* Recognize exceptional performance by mobile security officers and issue accolades where due
* Participate in progressive disciplinary meetings with mobile security officers
* Assist in the investigation of security incidents and provide necessary details through proper chain of command
* Be available for emergency activities such as critical shift vacancies and special coverages

Requirements:

* Minimum of one year of supervisory security experience in mobile or a combination of relevant experience as a supervisor and mobile driver
* Hold a valid BC Security License
* Have a BC Class 5 driver's license and able to provide a clean driver's abstract
* Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally
* Ability to deal with others effectively
* High functionality in a dynamic environment
* Demonstrated professionalism in all situations
* Comfortable driving a vehicle for 8 hours to conduct mobile patrol

Schedule:

* Part-time position
* Wednesday and Thursday

Rate:

* $24.00/hour

Education Requirements:

* High School Diploma/GED

Certification Requirements:

* Valid BC Security Licence
* Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License
