Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Hotel Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overseeing revenue and sales at our hotels.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Deploy knowledge of Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and/or Hyatt systems to optimize operational processes and workflows, maximizing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving productivity across various departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Performance Measurement: Consistently and proactively measure hotel performance (sales, revenue, market share, GSS, GOP, Accounts Receivable, STR (RGI), and online reviews) to ensure each hotel exceeds its target goals.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all hotels meet brand guidelines for service, quality, and training.
- Leadership and Communication: Follow and promote the organization's policies, philosophies, and procedures, effectively articulating and presenting the organization's vision and values.
- Property Visits and Performance Oversight: Conduct regular property visits and monitor and review overall performance, overseeing daily hotel operations.
- Financial Performance: Collaborate with the finance team to set and achieve financial goals, monitor key performance indicators, control expenses, and drive revenue generation to achieve profitability targets.
- A minimum of ten years' executive experience managing operations in the hotel industry.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems and other relevant software.
