Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at North American College of Information Technology. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our school facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to students and staff
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain hygiene standards
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to ensure a safe environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Housekeeping room attendant certification
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and physically demanding tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Initiative and ability to take ownership of tasks
