We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Soothing Harmony Healing Spa. Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Operations: Schedule work, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and be the point of contact for emergency situations.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of spa workers, establish work schedules and procedures, and review performance.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports, communicate with team members and management, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa or related industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our spa is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to provide exceptional guest experiences. You will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
