Chachi's Marda Loop is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and minimize waste.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure they meet their roles and responsibilities.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and cash reports to ensure accurate financial records and minimize losses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely ordering of food and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, Point of Sale system, Spreadsheet.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $100,001 - $500,000.
