About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at The Cars Near Cost Company. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to meet the needs of our facilities.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services, ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Recommend Services: Identify opportunities for additional services, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and make recommendations to management.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to our cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and guidance they need to do their jobs effectively.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Our facilities are fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time, as well as work in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, with a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
