Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our customer service team at Rise People. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of employees during their shifts, monitoring schedules, assigning tasks, and reporting customer service metrics. You will also contribute to the training of new onboarded employees and complete ad hoc administrative projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. You will be comfortable with multi-tasking and maintaining attention to detail, and have a positive attitude with a good sense of humor. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the performance of employees during shifts
