Customer Experience Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Shift Supervisor at Hustler Hollywood. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Management in achieving sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Accountabilities:- Assist Store Management in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate associates to achieve high levels of performance and meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and associate performance metrics.
- Develop and implement plans to improve sales floor productivity and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the Store Management team to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in a retail leadership role, preferably with key holder responsibilities.
- Proven track record of improving sales performance and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with associates and customers.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
