About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Baptist Housing. As a LPN, you will provide person-centred care to our residents, collaborating with Registered Nurses to develop comprehensive care plans and evaluate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with RNs to coordinate care and provide support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care

Requirements

  • Current LPN diploma from a recognized institution
  • Member in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives
  • Current First Aid and Food Safe Certificates
