About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Baptist Housing. As a LPN, you will provide person-centered care, collaborate with RNs, implement wellness programs, maintain accurate records, and promote health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to residents in a supportive and respectful environment
  • Collaborate with RNs to develop and implement care plans
  • Implement wellness programs to promote resident health and well-being
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care

Requirements

  • Current LPN diploma from a recognized institution
  • Member in good standing with British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Food Safe Certificate
