Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead the day-to-day operations, programs, and services of Travel Nunavut. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the organization's mandate and objectives.
Working closely with staff and partners, you will implement effective management and organizational strategies to drive the continued growth and sustainability of the travel industry in Nunavut.
Your leadership will be instrumental in executing program promises and measuring outcomes to ensure the success of our members and the organization as a whole.
Duties and Responsibilities- Lead the execution of Travel Nunavut's programs and services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with staff and partners in Nunavut to implement initiatives that support the development and business success of our members.
- Oversee the measurement and evaluation of program outcomes to ensure effective delivery and impact.
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about the travel industry and has a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Fluency in Inuktitut is an asset, but not required. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $145,000 to $165,000 annually, as well as housing and northern living allowances, relocation assistance, bonus, and RRSP contribution program.
