Maintenance Worker - Building Maintenance

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Rosdev Management Inc. as a Building Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
  • Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in this field of employment
Work Environment:

This is a temporary position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English or French. We offer a health care plan and a dynamic work environment.
