We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Rosdev Management Inc. as a Building Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to appliances.
  • Supervise other workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
