Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive System Validation Expert to join our team at RGBSI. In this role, you will be responsible for performing verification and validation of automotive systems to meet federally regulated guidelines for software performance, safety requirements, manufacturability, and vehicle functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform verification and validation of automotive systems to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain test procedures, including traceability of test artifacts to requirements.
  • Conduct initial root cause analysis activities and document issues in the Portal and GIMs system.
  • Provide leadership in the areas of formulation and implementation of testing strategies to achieve broader testing capabilities across multiple vehicle platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive test/validation work.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to %.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, k, short-term disability, AD&D, tuition reimbursement, and more. Our estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
