Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Rocky's Donair Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Cost products and services, ensuring that we are operating within our budget
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that we are getting the best value for our money
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, building strong relationships with our customers
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to promote our brand and attract new customers
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Provide customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently
- 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
