Beltone is a leading provider of award-winning technology and unsurpassed patient care, and we're seeking a motivated and dedicated Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and help them regain the gift of sound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient diagnostics and make recommendations for the best hearing aid solution
- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
- Sell hearing aids and educate patients on their hearing loss and the technology available to help them
- Follow up with patients to ensure they're satisfied with their hearing aid experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and advancements
Requirements:
- Must be a registered Hearing Instrument Specialist in the Province of Alberta
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Superior commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
