Responsibilities- Prepare patients for dental examinations and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Order dental and office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient dental environment.
- Prepare dental instruments and filling materials to ensure they are clean and ready for use.
- Perform reception and clerical duties to support our front office team.
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Educate patients concerning oral hygiene and provide them with the knowledge they need to maintain good oral health.
- Take and develop X-rays to assist our dentists in diagnosing and treating patients.
- Record dental procedures performed on patients to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Invoice patients for dental services to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Registration with provincial or territorial authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, dentists, and other team members.
