We are seeking a Night Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Premier. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, including handling guest complaints and resolving issues.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, such as providing wheelchair accessibility and arranging for special requests.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

Our hotel operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. As a Night Clerk Supervisor, you will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and organization while working in a team environment.
