We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Saskatchewan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and mentoring a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team performance
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving business growth and sales performance
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
