Sales Director

Lucent BioSciences Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to accelerate our growth in the North American market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and integrating new business opportunities, leading a team of regional sales agronomists, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
- Lead a team of regional sales agronomists to maximize their performance and professional development.
- Identify and prioritize target market segments, industries, and geographic regions for sales expansion and penetration.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market positioning.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and performance analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, expense forecasts, and resource allocation plans to optimize cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma in a related field.
- At least five years' experience in sales leadership roles with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing team members across large territories.
- Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry and farming practices throughout Canada and the US.
