Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites High Level. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Room Preparation: Prepare guest rooms for arrival, including restocking linens, towels, and amenities.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry, as well as manage linen inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
