Restaurant Operations Manager

At Alberta Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our dining establishment to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to implement operational procedures to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' skills and provide constructive feedback.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a permanent work term. The ideal candidate will be able to work 35 hours per week and communicate effectively in English.
