Law Firm Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Firm Manager to join our team at Oware Law Office.
Job Summary:The Legal Firm Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our law firm, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, developing business strategies, and maintaining high-quality client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure they are working at their best.
- Business Development: Market business services and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Research and Planning: Plan and direct research to inform business decisions and improve services.
- Quality Assurance: Direct and advise staff on the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.
- Policies and Procedures: Plan, develop, and organize policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Representation: Represent the company in various economic and social organizations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 5 years or more in a related field.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
- Transportation: Own transportation or public transportation available.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, large caseload, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
