Law Firm Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Firm Manager to join our team at Oware Law Office. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our law firm, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, Train, and Direct Staff: Lead and manage a team of legal professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.
- Market Business Services: Develop and implement strategies to promote our law firm's services, identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key clients and partners.
- Plan and Direct Research: Oversee the planning and execution of research projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Direct and Advise Staff: Provide guidance and support to staff on the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.
- Plan, Develop, and Organize Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the smooth operation of our law firm, ensuring that we are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent the Company: Represent Oware Law Office at various economic and social organizations, promoting our services and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide Customer Service: Ensure that our clients receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assign, Coordinate, and Review Projects and Programs: Oversee the assignment, coordination, and review of projects and programs, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, public transportation available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, large caseload, tight deadlines, work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player.
