As a key member of the Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) team, the Manager of Human Resources Services plays a vital role in supporting the organization's HR operations. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this position is responsible for handling a wide range of HR tasks across different areas of HR.
Key Responsibilities- HR Operations: Provide hands-on support to HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and procedures.
- HR Services: Handle a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
- HR Business Partner: Collaborate with departmental managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- HR Generalist: Provide general HR support, including employee relations, policy development, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong HR knowledge: Proven experience in HR operations, services, and business partnering.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
- Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
