Job Overview

St Louis Bar & Grill is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Manager to lead our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take charge of food preparation, staff training, and kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
  • Kitchen Management: Manage kitchen operations, including requisitioning food and supplies, inspecting kitchens, and maintaining inventory and records.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Ensure a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a similar environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
