About the Role:

As an Event Server with Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will ensure that every event runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and setup of event spaces, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Deliver food and beverage to guests in a timely and professional manner, responding promptly to their requests.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Clear plates, cutlery, and glasses from tables and return them to the dish area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, customer service, and team member conduct.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of serving experience (preferably in a high-volume environment).
  • ProServe Certification is a requirement.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
