Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
• Take service calls and solve the problem over the phone, across Canada.
• Give general information to customers and transfer it to the appropriate technical staff.
• Dispatch service calls to technicians efficiently via the automated geolocation system.
• Plan preventive maintenance and cleaning, and ensure that the maintenance list is kept up to date.
Qualifications:
• 2 years experience as a dispatcher
• DEP in a related field, an asset
• Technical and/or practical knowledge of mechanics / electricity / PLC programming or equivalent
• Computer skills
• Good knowledge of French and English, spoken and written
• Good customer service and work organization skills
