AIS WEB TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems. Your primary goal will be to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language.
