Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Consult technical documentation and manuals to research and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and advice to clients on how to use our software and systems.
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues resolved.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Familiarity with our software and systems.
