Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Steamatic Vaudreuil-Salaberry. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Maintain financial records and assist cleaners in performing duties.
- Establish work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
